The Data Controller is Lessine SA and Lessine France SARL, and the Data Protection Officer is Stéphane Rubbers, in his capacity as a business and operational consultant.

As Lessine's clients are professionals, the private data potentially managed by Lessine is relatively limited:

• Contact person's name and surname
• Contact person's email address
• Direct telephone number of the contact person
• GSM or Skype contact number

These data are used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship with the client, for the following purposes:

• Transmission of commercial documents (quotes, orders, deliveries, invoices)
• Communication for an ongoing business or technical matter
• Technical/commercial information to be passed on to the client
• Newsletter
• Event Invitations
• Communication of this information to subcontractors/partners who will be specifically involved in a client file.

The data is kept in our system, with no defined end date. If the client wishes to exercise their right to rectification or erasure, they may do so by sending an email to info@lessine.com  If personal data is intrinsically linked to an issued invoice, Lessine will retain its data for a period that is in line with the legal Belgian accounting period in force at the date of the request.

The client may at any time request an inventory of personal data from Lessine via info@lessine.com
