Security:
The management of Lessines Industries s.a., Lessine SA, and Lessine France Sarl has committed to the recognition of its Safety management system for all work carried out on-site.
To this end, maintaining VCA**-2017 certification is the objective that ensures continuous attention to meeting our goals:
- the prevention of bodily injury,
- prevention with the safety of third parties in mind,
- the prevention of damage to equipment and the environment,
- Establishing security priorities in business management,
- commitment to continuous improvement in Safety, Health and Environment,
- documentary rigour with regard to our clients and our subcontractors.
To achieve these objectives, adequate training is and will be provided to personnel working on site.
Furthermore, each member of staff must take responsibility for their own safety and work towards the safety of their colleagues or subordinates.
Our duty is to show ourselves:
- rigorous and methodical in our way of working,
- vigilant and attentive to what appears dangerous,
- example in our attitude and our behaviour.
To achieve these results, the Management grants full organisational powers to the Safety Coordinator to ensure the maintenance and environment of the Safety system.
The Safety Coordinator will report any safety issues to Management.
Quality:
In order to ensure the company's long-term sustainability, quality represents a key element of our customers' expectations.
To this end, the implementation of a quality assurance system aims to:
- Strengthen and improve the brand image of Lessines Industries – as a ‘solution provider’ of ‘tailor-made technology’
- To extend our market visibility (awareness).
- Respond specifically to requests, firstly at a commercial level: quality in line with technical and budgetary requirements. (Pragmatically!)
- Ensure an interface between sales and execution to guarantee that the initial expectation is met.
- Strengthen personal relationships with our contacts, at both levels: commercial and delivery.
- Increase the overall profitability through greater standardisation of technical and commercial elements.
The system is reviewed with all stakeholders on a semi-annual basis in order to continuously improve the system.
All of this within the regulatory framework.
